Laboratory has many setups with many possible permutable configurations. Feel free to challenge us with a particular measurement you’d like to see accomplished. To get started, here is a brief and rapidly growing list of core service capabilities at femtoQ: 

  • Pulse characterization (VIS, near-IR, mid-IR, far-IR, THz) from few-femtoseconds to picoseconds. Portable setup
  • Full characterization of a pulsed laser system, including pulse-to-pulse stability analysis
  • Optical dispersion analysis (1000-5000nm range) determining group velocity, GVD, TOD and higher order dispersion coefficients 
  • Precision measurements (0.1% and better) of stationary and time-dependent optical properties of materials (transmission, reflection, absorption)
  • Direct characterization of stationary and time-dependent amplitude and phase response of materials in the mid-IR to THz range
